15 Day Return Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your “Un-Opened” and “Un-Used” product(s), please contact a customer service representative at 1-530-320-2300 or email: to obtain a return authorization number. All products being returned must have a “Return Authorization Number”.

Shipping costs of the returned product(s) is the responsibility of the customer. Please return item(s) to insured at their full value. Upon arrival and inspection of the product(s) we will credit the consumer the cost of the product less the initial “Free” shipping costs incurred by Should an item be returned open but still new and un-used, a 25% restocking fee will apply. does not provide “Free Rentals.”  Our return policy is exchange only, and we will not provide any refunds for used items.

If you find your product to be defective, you must contact us at 1-530-320-2300 for a return authorization number within 72 hours of delivery. Should the returned item(s) be deemed defective upon inspection by the staff, we will send you a replacement item at no charge.

Warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record or for whom the item(s) was purchased for as a gift.
